Last night, I changed the TV channel after the top of the hour so I missed the introduction to ABC's Extreme Makeover Home Edition. Very quickly, however, I recognized the mountains in the background. I "knew" that was the Antelope Valley!! I spent over forty years in that area!! It took a Google search this morning to learn the exact location--Phelen, California. Briefly, I felt "homesick" but there isn't anything, or anyone, to go home to.
