How to Survive Allergy Season

By Alice Daniel, Special to LifeScript;
Published March 20, 2009

Ugh, that sneezing, coughing, itchy eyes and maddening post-nasal drip, drip, drip. You need allergy relief. But with aisles of products in the drugstore, how do you know which is right for you? We turned to the experts for answers…

Trying to decipher drug labels can clog your brain even more. You’ll see products containing antihistamines or decongestants. Some combine both – and others throw in a pain reliever as well. Do you need one? Two? All? Here’s what you need to know: ... Click here for the entire article. I've extrapolated information regarding the "natural approach."

Home Remedies
What if you want a more natural approach?

Some allergy sufferers swear by sinus rinses that irrigate and moisturize your nasal passages.

“Saline rinses may actually be safer than medications because there are no side effects and you don’t have to think about how the rinse will react with other medications you’re taking,” Kinzy says.

Rinses involve a saline solution poured into your nose through a teapot-like device called a neti pot, available at most health-food stores. NeilMed is one popular kit with packets of saline powder and a neti pot.

“If you have a lot of allergies, rinse daily,” she says.

You’ll also find supplements and foods that will naturally fight allergies. Among Cohen’s recommendations:

Quercetin: This strong antihistamine is found in supplements and some foods, including capers, apples, green tea, and many red-skinned fruits and wine. Follow label directions, or take 200 to 500 mg one to three times daily, Cohen says.

Bromelain: It’s found in pineapples and dietary supplements, and is “fantastic for reducing inflammation and allergies.”

Mullein tea: “The herb is known to ease respiratory disorders like bronchitis, asthma, chest congestion and allergies. It helps to thin mucus,” Cohen says. You can find it in most health-food stores. Steep it in water for five minutes before drinking, about once or twice a day.

Aloe vera juice: Cohen loves this juice, which has a mild antihistamine effect, “plus dozens of other wonderful healing effects on the body. It’s also very affordable.” Her recommendation? “Lily of the Desert brand because it is certified organic and it is ‘whole leaf,’ so it has all the aloe nutrients.” Drink about 2 ounces daily, straight (it’s tasteless) or mix with other brands.

German chamomile: This is a powerful anti-inflammatory and “a wonderful essential oil to use if you have allergies,” she says. Steam your face with hot water containing a few drops of the oil.

Spirulina: “Spirulina sparks the production of your body's natural fighter cells, such as T cells, B cells, macrophages, and anti-cancer 'natural' killer cells,” Cohen says. “If it can regulate immune function then allergy symptoms should alleviate too.”

I've skipped several paragraphs but you can read them by clicking here.

Asthma should never be treated with over-the-counter medications. If you’re having any trouble breathing or you feel like an elephant is standing on your chest, see a doctor immediately.

The upshot? You don't have to sneeze your way through life. Although feeling better may require a few stabs at different treatments, you will be able to shut down your body’s waterworks.

Lorraine here: Yes, after many months suffering with an allergy, or asthma, I found the answer. However, I am still very interested in the subject and continue to read articles, and check web links. So many articles, and recommendations, revolve around prescription drugs, and over-the-counter remedies. I was encouraged to see that the author included home remedies. ~~~ I represent a company that sells nutritional supplements. Please check MaxGXL and Max N-Fuze at my web site.

The first day of the rest of my life !!

~~~~ FIRST, PLEASE READ MONDAY, FEB. 9TH.
I'm so grateful to be able to type this message because, by the grace of God, I am not in the local hospital. I've just returned from a walk (3:15-4:45 PM) where I was almost attack by a large dog. Walking on a paved street, as I was adjacent to a home, the dog started barking and burst through the aluminum storm door with such impact it sounded like a bomb exploded (seriously!!). I expected to be mauled but the lady owner was right behind the dog and pulled it away!! PTL!! I went out "for a breath of fresh air" and got my heart pumping too!! Yes, I determined today that I would force myself to W-A-L-K and I-N-H-A-L-E and seriously approach recovery from ozone poisoning. -- This morning I walked to the laundry room several times doing two loads of laundry. -- The apartment door was open for about seven hours to "air out" my contaminated, humble abode. I'm exhausted, but so grateful for an answer to my health problem. Now I can focus on getting well.
===== Wednesday, February 11, 2009, 8:30 PM =====
A storm moved in so I didn't want to walk in the cold and wind. I'm coughing less... but I don't want to risk aggravating my labored breathing. I'm still taking the MucinexDM as an expectorant and cough suppressant. I didn't need eye drops for my previously insanely itchy eyes!! The front door was open for several hours (I wore a sweater to keep warm). I ironed yesterday's laundry and put away. I did more research on the Internet. I walked to the mailbox--and visited with a neighbor.
===== Thursday, February 12, 2009, 3:30 PM ======
I walked briskly for twenty minutes in a cold wind (it would have been warm except for the cold wind [ha!].) Earlier in the day I shopped for a few things (including a birthday card for my brother [see December 5, 2008].) Gratefully, I slept very well last night--and hated to get up this morning. My breathing is easier; I have less mucus and fewer coughing spells (fewer, but occasional and wrenching). I'm forcing myself to "do" although (honestly) my deepest desire is to crawl back into bed!! My mind is saying "do" while my body says "no." The front door is open (and I'm sitting here wearing a sweater and coat). C-O-U-N-T-I-N-G-- M-Y --B-L-E-S-S-I-N-G-S !! (Did you hear about that tornado that ripped through a community in Oklahoma??)
====== Friday, February 13, 2009, 10:30 AM ======
Still counting my blessings!! Now the grief of a plane crash near Buffalo, New York (without the miraculous ending of the plane landing on the Hudson River). I had a "rest less" night because I (intentionally) did not take MucinexDM when I went to bed (I don't like to take OTC or prescription drugs). Coughing..., itchy eyes..., I guess my body is not going to make an overnight recovery from the ozone poisoning!! I'm feeling guilt because so many things I should be "doing" and I haven't an ounce of energy!! Here's a question we'll never be able to answer: How much worse would I have been if I had not been taking MaxGXL (glutathione) and Max N-Fuze (nutritional supplement)?? Would I have eventually died if I hadn't found the answer on Monday??
===== Saturday, February 14, 2009, 10:30 AM ======
I slept very well last night--and didn't get up until 9:30!! "Inch by inch it's a cinch." Although recovery is slow, I know I'm feeling better BECAUSE I made an appointment for a hair cut (while extremely sick, I didn't care how long my hair grew). My stylist ask all the "How are you; what have you been doing?" questions. After hearing my story, she told me she had been suffering a bronchial infection since December and is on doctor-prescribed antibiotics. She knows I don't take prescription drugs and asked if there's any natural antibiotic. "Yes, Goldenseal" was my answer. Moments later I was in my local health food store buying Goldenseal. (I preceived that I have an infection requiring an antibiotic.)
I'm thrilled about the steady progression of information I'm receiving and the variety of sources (as I "doctor" myself). First: I read, and reread, about allergies in
Prescription for Nutritional Healing (subtitle: A Practical A-to-Z Reference to Drug-Free Remedies Using Vitamins, Minerals, Herbs & Food Supplements) by Phyllis A. Balch. Second: I made two trips to my far-away Holistic Medical Doctor for an expensive allergy test (and was told I had no allergies). Third: Less than two weeks ago, on NBC-TV "The Doctors", a segment about asthma (and truthfully I seldom watch "The Doctors"). So I read about asthma in Prescription for Nutritional Healing. Fourth: On Friday, February 6th, I asked the ladies at my local health food store if they could recommend a local medical doctor. They did... and I drove to the office immediately--only to learn that the doctor has a long waiting list. Fifth: My desperate search, and remarkable discovery, is documented on Monday, February 9th, when I researched asthma on the Internet. (There may have been another "step" along the information path. Those five came to mind as I write this at 11 AM Saturday morning. What a sweetheart of a Valentine's gift!!)
Never give up, n-e-v-e-r- -g-i-v-e- -u-p, NEVER GIVE UP!! Our body is a marvelous self-healing machine if we give it the right ingredients. I choose to follow a vegan diet; I take nutritional supplements. Best of all I believe in "the Great Physician," the Lord Jesus Christ, and I read the Bible (life's unequaled instruction manual). I'm not suggesting that the reader follow my example (to self prescribe and self diagnose). Remember, I have over thirty years experience following holistic health so pieces come together (like a jigsaw puzzle). Suddenly I had an urge to "preach" about holistic health but I'll sign off saying "e-mail me, or phone me, if you want a friend on your journey to recovery."
====== Sunday, February 15, 2009, 3:30 PM =======
Grateful for small blessings!! Truthfully, I had hoped for a speedy recovery after diagnosing my illness. I'm still sick--although I didn't sit on the back row of the Church. I used lozenges to suppress the onset of a coughing spell.
===== Tuesday, February 17, 2009, 10:30 AM ======
Is it good or bad that I just want to sleep? (I didn't get up until 9.) Is my body healing? Thankfully, less coughing, fewer sneezes, no itchy eyes!! But, oh, so tired!!
==== Wednesday, February 18, 2009, 11:30 AM =====
Didn't get up until 9:30. I haven't an ounce of energy!! I haven't been able to get outdoors for a walk because of inclement weather.
===== Thursday, February 19, 2009, 11:30 AM =====
I'm not complaining!! As promised, this is a running report regarding my recovery. I've just returned from two hours away from the apartment (a trip into town). I'm utterly exhausted!! I had a "rest less" night (maybe four hours total sleep). I won't walk because a cold wind after rain yesterday and last night. Zero visibility due to fog at 6 AM, and 43 degrees (not that I was "outside" at that hour, but I was awake watching the TV news).
====== Friday, February 20, 2009, 4:30 PM ======
Wide awake at 2:30 AM after only three hours of sleep!! I'm not inclined to take a sleeping pill!! I've spent the day trying to get connected to the Internet--and succeeded at 3 PM. The first e-mail message I opened has a dozen Maxine cartoons--and I appreciated the fact that I'm still able to laugh. See my Feb. 20th "blog."
===== Saturday, February 21, 2009, 4:00 PM ======
A better night's sleep. An hour walk in the middle of the afternoon as I combined grocery shopping and a little exercise. Returned home exhausted!! Now I'm enjoying a cup of all natural Good Earth (brand) Chai Vanilla Decaf tea. Yum! Something I've failed to document previously: I'm always cold; I think my body thermostat is not functioning properly. I'm warm in bed, under several comforters.
====== Sunday, February 22, 2009, 5:00 PM =======
Feeling better. Went to Church. Edited a document (re: Ozone Poisoning) that I will publish to the Internet.
===== Monday, February 23, 2009, 10:00 AM =======
I'm proofing, and editing, a document titled Indoor Ozone Poisoning from EcoQuest Ozone Generators. When it has all the corresponding "links" I will publish it to the Internet. I feel I owe it to the public to add my voice (as a nondescript private citizen) to the professional articles already available. See February 23rd blog.
===== Tuesday, February 24, 2009, 11:30 AM =======
Over twelve hours yesterday making certain the article was as close to perfect as humanly possible. Three hours this morning, and (although complicated) I believe I have published to the Internet.
==== Wednesday, February 25, 2009, 5:00 PM ======
With a heart, and mind, full of thankfulness, I'm pleased to report that I had a good night's sleep, AND six hours away from the apartment. I lingered a long time in Panera, reading a newspaper (with an infrequent cup of coffee); I shopped at Circuit City (going out of business sale); and I bought groceries at Sam's Club. Then I browsed a Thrift Shop with everything half-price. (I've always believed that Value Village had reasonable prices!! The store was packed with customers whereas Sam's parking lot was almost empty, and the patrons were few.) I'm tired but not "exhausted" as with many previous trips away from the apartment. I'm wanting to share my thankfulness with the reader. I appreciate the fact that you followed my narrative (and hopefully prayed for my recovery)!!
======= Monday, March 9, 2009, 9:30 AM ========
Today is the four week anniversary of my search for a solution to my health problem (see Feb. 9th). I'm so happy to report that I am feeling much better!! No more coughing, sneezing, and itchy eyes!! Occasional mucus but I no longer use the saline sinus rinse. I'm not using over-the-counter remedies, or prescription drugs; I'm using nutritional supplements and Goldenseal (natural antibiotic). As weather permits, I force myself to walk in the neighborhood. (Now I carry a long piece of pipe; see Feb. 10th, above.) Despite my lingering constant fatigue, exercise should restore my energy?!?! I appreciate the prayers, and messages expressing concern (with suggestions). Thank you!!
======= Monday, March 23, 2009, 9:30 AM ========
On this six-week-anniversary (recovery from
acute ozone poisoning) I want to direct you to the very brief movie called "Finding Joy." Approximately three minutes of inspiring photographes, and beautiful music!! After you watch that... come back and click to experience the "Bless You" movie. Let me explain: I'm "finding so much joy" now that I'm feeling reasonably healthy again!! I feel so "blessed" and I want to extend those blessing to you. ~~ This past week I tackled a mountain of receipts, and statements, as I prepared my Turbo Tax Income Taxes. It is ready to e-File!! Two weeks ago that would have been physically and mentally impossible. I sincerely appreciate all the prayers for my recovery, and best wishes received.
How to Heal With Water
I'm intrigued by all the valuable information that comes to me via subscriber e-mails. Here is another one that I want to share with you.
Mike Adams, the Health Ranger: Today I'm sharing the true story of what is probably the least-understood health secret in the Western world. It's something your doctor never told you and health authorities never learned. And yet it could be the key to solving the very health problems you may be suffering from right now, including high blood pressure, asthma and even arthritis.
This secret isn't patented. It's not available by prescription and it costs almost nothing. In fact, from time to time, it falls out of the sky and collects in huge pools on the Earth.
What is it? Water.
Water may someday be recognized as the single most important healing
medicine we could possibly consume, and our special report, "The
Healing Power of Water," explains why. You can read it right now at:
http://www.naturalnews.com/Report_water_cure_0.html
Physicians rarely promote the curative properties of H2O, but Dr.
Batmanghelidj, M.D. has studied water's effect on the human body and
has found it to be one of the best pain relievers and preventative
therapies in existence. I was one of the last people to interview the
late Dr. Batmanghelidj, and I listened in awe as he shared his
research and stories about "The Healing Power of Water."
In a fascinating one-hour phone conversation I will never forget, Dr.
B. shared things like:
* Which common ailments and "diseases" are actually caused by
dehydration
* Why many doctors use water-regulating antihistamines to alleviate
pain
* How Dr. Batmanghelidj unintentionally discovered water's healing
properties
* Why most people are chronically dehydrated and suffer from symptoms
of dehydration that are labeled "diseases"
* Which ingredients in soft drinks deplete the body's water reserves
* Why thirst is not a reliable indicator of dehydration
* Why the body produces cholesterol and how water keeps it in balance
* Why Dr. Batmanghelidj believes the public is being mislead about
AIDS
* How dehydration impairs mental functioning
* Why some organizations want to withhold alternative health
information from the public
* How lack of water causes depression
* Why popular beverages are no substitute for water
* How dehydration causes the vascular system to constrict, leading to
hypertension
* How to recognize signs that your body is starting to dehydrate
* Why restaurants push you to drink disease-promoting soft drinks
* Why and how water effectively treats pain and inflammation
Want to learn the rest of this fascinating story? Download "The
Healing Power of Water"
right now and read it yourself. It's offered
in PDF format (Adobe Acrobat), so it works on any computer!
Eating Out? 10 Diet-Busting Restaurant Dishes
These Calorie Bombs Sound Healthy, But They're Not
By Jill Weisenberger, MS, RD, CDE, LifeScript Nutrition Expert
Published December 13, 2008
That turkey burger on the menu sounds healthy – a portion of protein with veggies on the side. Surprise… it’s a ticking calorie bomb! Read on for the top 10 diet-busters at your favorite chain restaurants. Then test how much you know about staying lean when dining out…
Restaurants are a dieter’s downfall. For one thing, meal portions have ballooned (and so have we). Foods are frequently sautéed, stir-fried or simmered in gobs of butter or oil. Even foods that sound healthy can be laced with hidden fat, sugar and salt.
Here are 10 of the most fattening dishes at your favorite chains, based on information from nutrition experts and restaurants themselves:
1. Turkey and Veggie Burgers
These only sound healthy. Sure, veggies are low in fat. So is turkey when it’s skinless and cooked without oil. But the burger’s size, fat content and condiments determine its total nutritional value and calorie count.
So who would guess that Ruby Tuesday’s Bella Turkey Burger contained more than 1,100 calories and 71 grams of fat? The extra baggage comes from its bloated size, signature sauce and cheese.
Not only that, turkey is frequently ground with its skin on, adding calories and unhealthy saturated fats.
I hope this "link" works!! Mental Alertness & Energy
Dr. Ben Kim's Natural Health Newsletter
December 10, 2008
Dear Reader,
If you can use a quick and all-natural boost
of mental alertness and energy at any time
of the day, you may find the following post
to be useful:
http://DrBenKim.com/acupressure-GV-26.html
The above message (abreviated) was in my e-mail this morning and I thought I'd share it with you. I visited the web site and I plan to use this technique. I can use all the mental alertness and energy available!! (Preparation of a "blog" and building a web site has been very challenging!!)
I believe in Holistic health. I have an appointment with my holistic medical doctor on Monday. It's on my list of TAKE CARE OF DETAILS BEFORE THE NEW YEAR. My Christmas present to myself will be an affirmation from my doctor that I am "disgustingly healthy."
I owe my good health, in part, to the Max supplements I take every day. Check my web site http://SeniorSecurity.MaxTrax4u.com/
"One-half of life is luck; the other half is discipline...."
"One-half of life is luck; the other half is discipline —
and that's the important half, for without discipline
you wouldn't know what to do with luck."
— Carl Zuckmayer: Was a German dramatist
Consider this fact: Seventy percent of lottery winners end up squandering away their winnings. The reason: They had tremendous luck yet no discipline. But when you live with discipline, you'll almost always win the lottery. It will come some day in the future through your career and personal achievements.
Above copied from Nightingale.com
In the wee hours of this morning, I wondered what I would comment on for my "blog." Reading my many messages (before my first cup of green tea), I saw the merit of the above words (in an e-mail advertisement). Example: It takes discipline to build a network marketing business. I spent two hours last night, on the phone, listening to a successful marketer share details regarding creative Internet tools. I could have been watching TV or playing Taipei.
I spent years "climbing the family tree." I was disciplined, I completed my project and published Frantz Families--Kith & Kin. I feel it was a personal achievement. (I'll never win the lottery because I never buy a ticket.) Google my name and you'll find lots of references to me and my genealogy hobby. I also edited, and published, La Verne Evergreen Cemetery Tombstone Inscriptions. I only mention the books to emphasize the value of "discipline" when it applies to something we're passionate about.
At this time in my life (for a good many years, actually), I am passionate about health and nutrition. I could conceivably win the lottery, I could be wealthy; I could have fame... but it would have little value if I did not have my health. This is not meant as a "sales pitch" but I'm enthusiastic about the Max products: MaxGXL, MaxWLX & Max N-Fuze. Quality supplements "do" work to repair the damage our body experiences from processed foods, water contamination, air pollution, and (let's face it) growing older. Until next time, Lorraine wishing you excellent health and much happiness.
Because my primary focus is on Health and Nutrition, I have a storehouse of information (30 years of collecting!).
Today I'm thinking that I won't wait until New Year's Day to make a new resolution. It's time to renew my connection with Dave Hubbard. Remember him? Former NFL professional football player turned entrepreneur and motivational speaker.
Dave has a unique product that simplifies fitness. I've been using his "Fit 10" for almost one year (but not every day). I invite you to visit his web site http://www.Fit10.com/. Salt On a Wound
I found the following information under the caption Food Porn in a little publication called Nutrition Action Healthletter, Dec. 2008.
"Sweet and salty, a twist on hot chocolate." That's how the Starbucks Web site describes its new Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate, which is "topped with whipped cream, a swirl of caramel and a sprinkle of our sea salt topping...."
That Starbucks! Always looking out for our [health] interest. Another company might stick with just one hot 500-plus-calorie beverage that delivers a day's saturated fat and sugar (its grande Signature Hot Chocolate).
Not the coffee giant. Why stop with a Big Mac's worth of bad stuff when you can add some salt to stir up our blood pressure??
Okay, that's an exaggeration. A grande (16 oz.) Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate has "only" 300 milligrams of sodium--a fraction of the Big Mac's 1,040 mg. But its 620 calories beat the Big Mac's 540, and its saturated fat (19 grams) makes the Big Mac (10 grams) look like a veggie burger.
What's more, a Big Mac comes in just one size, while you can balloon the hot chocolate to 760 calories and 22 grams of saturated fat merely by uttering the word "venti" (20 oz.) when you order.
Best of all, the calories in a hot chocolate (or any beverage) won't curb your appetite like the calories in a Big Mac would. So an hour later, you can dig into a snack or sandwich--or an entire meal--as if the hot chocolate had never happened.
Of course, some parts of you will remember...say, the fat-infused walls of your arteries and the place where your waist used to be.
Take the extra pounds off by using MaxWLX (weight loss accelerator). Visit my web site at http://SeniorSecurity.MaxTrax4u.com/
Wherever You Are, Type
Wherever You Are, Type! It doesn't matter if you're on the road, in your home, or at the library. As long as you have an Internet connection and a few hours to work, you can be an at-home worker in data entry. Spend the time with your family that everyone wants. You can still be there for them while earning a salary! When you decide that you can have a successful at-home data entry job, you'll be surprised at how much time you have to do the things you want to do. Think you've got the desire, the motivation, and the dedication? Quit working at jobs you hate. Start spending time at home. After all, home is where the heart is. On the road a lot? You can take your work there and get data entry done in the passenger seat. Busy during the day? Then work at nighttime. Start a rewarding career in data entry now. It's never too late to start, but why waste another day working a dull job?
Confession: I "appropriated" the above information from an e-mail I received (titled "Money Making Tips"). It's a real challenge these days to find a job! The unemployment numbers are frightening!! I was "down sized" in February 2008; I couldn't locate another source of income. I have computer skills so I decided to "work from home."
This is great: I don't have to show up in a suit; the employer doesn't look at my age, or my weight. Check out my business at http://SeniorSecurity.MaxTrax4u.com/ ("Yes," I'm a Senior.) It doesn't cost you a single cent to visit my web site.
Best wishes from Lorraine Frantz Edwards
Good News - Bad News
Thanks to the Internet, I have been reconciled with my brother. We lost touch with one another over six years ago. (A web business named Reunion alerted us to one another's search and pocketed about $100.) That's the "Good News." My brother's health is deteriorating; that's the "Bad News." This makes me extremely grateful for my apparent lack of ailments (I confess that I'm aware that there may be unseen problems). For over thirty years, I have been interested in health and nutrition. I've used numerous aids over the decades (from Amway's Double X to Noni and Vemma) and I attribute my good health to a simple diet, exercise and nutritional supplements. Now my Senior friends, and myself, believe we have found the proverbial "Fountain of Youth." We're using MaxGXL and N-Fuze. (There's also a weight loss supplement called MaxWLX.) Check my web site for details: http://SeniorSecurity.MaxTrax4u.com/.
Who Knew Vicks VapoRub Could Stop a Cough?
A friend shared the following with me. As cold and flu season approaches, this is worth remembering.
Who knew Vicks VapoRub on the bottoms of your feet could stop a bad cough?
"During a recent lecture on Essential Oils, they told us how the soles of the feet can absorb oils. Their example: Put garlic on your feet and within twenty minutes you can 'taste' it.
"Some of us have used Vicks VapoRub for years for everything from chapped lips to sore toes and many body parts in between. But I've never heard of it being used this way. Don't laugh, it works 100% of the time, although the scientists who discovered it aren't sure why.
"To stop night time coughing in a child (or adult as we found out personally), put Vicks VapoRub generously on the bottom of the feet at bedtime, then cover with socks. Even persistent, heavy, deep coughing will stop in about five minutes and stay stopped for hours of relief. It works 100% of the time and is more effective in children than even the very strong prescription cough medicines. In addition, it is extremely soothing and comforting and lets them sleep soundly.
"Cough medicines for kids often do more harm than good, due to the chemical makeup of these strong drugs. It was a surprise to learn that Vicks VapoRub was more effective than prescribed medicines for children at bedtime."
My e-mail correspondent continued: "My wife tried it on herself a few weeks ago when she had a very deep constant and persistent cough and it worked 100%!! She said that it felt like a warm blanket had enveloped her. The coughing stopped in a few minutes and believe me, she had a deep, incredibly annoying, cough every few seconds. She slept cough-free for hours every night that she used it [VickVapRub]."
My e-mail friend went on to say: "If you have friends, children and grandchildren, pass this on to them. If you end up sick, try it yourself and you will be absolutely amazed at how it works."
Lorraine here to tell you that I probably need to compose a brief statement telling the reader that I am not a doctor and please don't try remedies without consulting your physician. Personally, my source of defense has been Max N-Fuze and MaxGXL to keep healthy. Read about N-Fuze and GXL at my web site http://seniorsecurity.maxtrax4u.com/
Maximum Experience
I have "maximum experience" at network marketing. I've been at it for over thirty years!! When I joined Amway I was convinced I would be financially independent before the Bicentennial (1976). Too many products (no garage)!!
Over the years I tried every health product that came on the market. I was my own best customer (know what I mean?). KM, Noni, Marinda, Vemma--and a host of companies with a catalog full of supplements: AMS, Aim, ProVita, Hallelujah Acres, Yukeka (and some company names I've forgotten).
I wasn't driving a "bonus car"; I didn't get an all-expense paid vacation in Hawaii. I did enjoy better-than-average health!! I'm the perennial optimist! I knew I'd eventually find the "ideal" company and products that would make me a success in Network Marketing.
You be the judge. Read about the products--and the company--at my web site http://SeniorSecurity.MaxTrax4u.com/
Until next time, Lorraine wishing you good health and much happiness.
