"Seven Brides for Seven Brothers"--at the Flat Rock Play-house--was wonderful!! I was grinning from ear-to-ear every minute!! The singing, dancing, and acting was excellent!! At 10 o'clock, I was blessed to purchase the last available ticket for the 2:15 matinee. I was front row, extreme right (next to the wall), so saw everything from an angle. At 10 o'clock, the evening performance was already sold out.I visited the Carl Sandburg Home during the intervening hours. I hiked, I ate an apple.... I thoroughly enjoyed a beautiful day!!
